1932: Renting a factory building, production of movements and complete watches.
1946: Edwin Walser, later husband of Ruth Anneliese Bauer (daughter of Robert), joined the company.
1957: Last records in a Flume catalog; i.e. the company will have stopped manufacturing of movements substantially earlier.
1974: Edwin Walser fonded the Walser-Bauer KG for preprocessing and trading precious metals.
2004: Merger of H.F. Bauer and Walser-Bauer KG, forming the Bauer-Walser AG
2009: Today manufacturing of gold- and platinum watches with Swiss movements under the brand H.F. Bauer.
