open face calibre
ratchet on dial side, crown mechanism with rocker bar
watch and alarm driven by a single barrel:
A device makes 1.5 revolutions of the mainspring arbor available for the alarm; the clutch wheel for the alarm works simultanously as ratchet.
The alarm loudness is adjustable to certain extent with a screw at 5:30h (under bezel), but a louder alarm reduces the alarm duration.
Interesting detail: A screw in a self-blocking thread of the hammer allows fine sound adjustment (Fig.4).

J10: pusher for alarm setting
J36: rear crown for alarm setting, new stop device for alarm

Operating Instruction:
Wind watch and alarm: crown.
Set time: crown, pusher at 1h held down. If you set the time reverse and pass the alarm time, this will be set reverse simultaneously.
Set alarm: rear crown. The alarm time can only be set reverse, setting forward is inhibited by a freewheel.
Enable/disable alarm: lever on back side
