A power-reserve display in an automatic is a real complication, as it needs a differential gear, and a friction clutch (detailled description here). Another complication is the number of involved firms: Hallmark (dial) is after Quick-Fit known as American import brand using, besides other, movements from the Montilier Watch Co, and Montilier movements for the US market were signed with Delaware Watch Co. However, Montilier wasn't actually the manufacturer of the movement; its strange shock protection (Incaflex) and the US import code WOB proves the Wyler SA as manufacturer and their New York office as importer.
