The watches were produced in 1969 with the Ref. 810, but sold in 1975. As the reference numbering system was meanwhile changed, they are recorded at IWC with the correct case- and movement numbers, but with the "wrong" Ref. 2600.
Zwyro was owned by Mr. Zwyssig, a former technical director from IWC. This is the reason for a double "Z" (back to back) hidden in the decoration.
