Fine late Biedermeier
These watches appear sensitive dur to the fine hands. But actually very strong cases cared for mint dials. Commonly the lever and his pinion is placed under the balance. The long lever with pinion aside the balance may be heavy, but this is more than compensated by the possibility to use a big and heavy balance in a movement with moderate height. Moreover the movement is easy to service; almost every part can be replaced without disassembling the whole thing.
