The Cortebert 474 was obviously an experiment subject. Most registers ignore this, but Flume at least lists the variants I and II with differing setting bridges. The samples of the Cortebert 474-II (after Flume) shown here have moreover different positions of the setting-lever screw, i.e. different setting levers.

473, 474-I, 484, 486, 487, 495: 18''', open face
476: 19''', open face
479: 18''', open face, different balance
485: 18''', hunter, different balance
modified crown mechanism:
474-II: 18''', open face
477: 19''', open face

Example, year: signature; shock device
