The movemet was assigned to Union Horlogère / Alpina after the UH trademark in the case.
But the actual manufacturer is unknown; plate layout and shape of the setting bridge direct to Eclipse (Pierce), but also similarities with 18''' cylinder movements from Girard and FHF.
