Dyslexia?
It is hard to understand, why Gilomen & Cie with the brand Heliosa, well established since 1912, added the brand Heloisa in 1950. Likely either crackbrained or a typo in the registration. However, shit happened, and likely this watch was so extensively paved with origin declarations, to prevent the suspicion that it is a cheap fake from abroad.
